The “Access Settings” is a new section from the late 2014 update. Here, you can delegate access to the Admin Console if you are not managing the website on your own. Some of the officers have access to some parts of the website, including the Agenda, but if you have several people managing the website, you could give them access here.
This section allows you to give certain access, including “Membership Management,” “Email and Contact Forms” and the “File Manager” for example. It is completely up to you whether you want to grant access.
